We service within 50 miles Kennebunkport, Maine and within Strafford County, NH.
There is a 25% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking your rentals. See Rental Agreement for full details. We require a major credit card on file at the time of booking. We accept credit card payments via phone (207) 303-9397, checks via mail, or PayPal via secure email link. A Rental Agreement must be signed within 3 days in order to keep a reservation. A reservation is not valid without a 25% deposit and a signed Rental Agreement.
We require that you have the final counts of items 14 days prior to event.
Delivery days will be 1-3 days prior to event, depending on the size and type of event. An estimated set up day can be given in advance, but the definite set up day can only be arranged the weekend before. Delivery and set-ups are usually on Thursdays and Fridays. Take-downs are usually on Sundays and Mondays.
Having us set up and break down tables and chairs is an option, but only with prior arrangement. The cost for setting up and breaking down tables and chairs is $4 per table/$1 per chair for set up and $4 per table/$1 per chair for break down.
The delivery fee is $50 within 25 miles of Kennebunkport, Maine 04046 plus $1 a mile after 25 miles and within 50 miles of Strafford County, NH plus $1 a mile after 25 miles (starting point depends on what state you are renting in). Keep in mind that we travel 4x to the event location. EXAMPLE: 10 miles x 4 (40 miles) = $50 fee (1st 25 miles) + $15 ($1 x remaining 15 miles) = $65
The remaining balance is due 14 days before. We accept check, cash, credit card, and PayPal. There is a $30 charge for returned checks.
No. Once we deliver items to you we lose the option to rent them out to another customer.
