There is a 25% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking your rentals. If booking within 90 days of event there is a 50% non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking. If paying by check, we require a major credit card on file at the time of booking.
We require that you have the final counts of items 14 days prior to event.
Delivery days will be 1-3 days prior to event, depending on the size and type of event. An estimated set up day can be given in advance, but the definite set up day can only be arranged the weekend before. Delivery and set-ups are usually on Thursdays and Fridays. Take-downs are usually on Sundays and Mondays. If your venue requires that your items be picked up the night of your event, there will be a late night pick-up fee (fee depends on location and size of event). Dates may change due to weather conditions and scheduling. We will try our best to work with your needs.
Yes, with prior arrangement. The cost for setting up and breaking down tables and chairs is $4 per table and $1 per chair.
The delivery fee is $50 within 25 miles of Saco, Maine 04072 plus $.75 a mile after 25 miles.
The remaining balance is due before or upon delivery. We accept check, cash, credit card, and PayPal. There is a $30 charge for returned checks.
No. Once we deliver items to you we lose the option to rent them out to another customer.
Tents are anchored into the ground around the perimeter of the tent by tying the poles firmly to 3 ft stakes in the ground. The tent poles are inside the tent and cannot be erected on asphalt. Pole tents are common in back yards or anywhere with an areas of grass that stakes can be driven in at least 3 feet deep. The person renting the tent is responsible for marking any underground utilities and sprinkler systems. We do not use weights for any of our tents.
